Cancellation Policy

‍At LovingCare Sitter Agency, we understand that plans can change. However, our sitters reserve time specifically for your family, and we value their commitment.

Deposit & Cancellation

  • A $40 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your total booking fee!

  • Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a charge for the 4-hour minimum booking requirement.

  • We appreciate your understanding — these policies help us provide reliable, consistent, and high-quality care for every family!
